Last updated: September 6, 2026
License Grant
Subject to these terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tuna within your Discord server(s) for the purposes the bot provides. This license does not transfer ownership of Tuna, its code, or its content to you.
Restrictions
- You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of Tuna except where explicitly permitted.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or represent Tuna as your own product.
- You may not use Tuna's name, branding, or likeness to create a competing or impersonating service without permission.
- You may not use Tuna in a manner that violates Discord's Developer Terms of Service or Developer Policy.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in Tuna — including its source code, design, branding, and documentation — remain with its operator/developer. This EULA does not grant you any ownership interest.
Updates
Tuna may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the bot's then-current functionality and any revised terms accompanying that update.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using Tuna and remove it from any server under your control.
Disclaimer
Tuna is licensed "as-is" without warranty of any kind. See the Terms of Service for the full disclaimer and limitation of liability, which apply equally under this EULA.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws applicable to the bot operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
