Ownership of Tuna

Tuna's source code, name, logo, and documentation are the property of its developer/operator. All rights not explicitly granted to users are reserved.

Permitted Use

You may invite Tuna to your own Discord server(s) and use its commands as intended. Screenshots, clips, or references to Tuna for the purpose of reviews, tutorials, or community discussion are permitted with attribution.

Any user-generated content processed by Tuna (server messages, custom embeds, uploaded images for emoji/avatars, etc.) remains the property of the user who created it. Tuna does not claim ownership over content passed through its commands.

Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA-style Notice)

If you believe content associated with Tuna infringes your copyright, send a notice including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder. Valid notices will be reviewed and acted on promptly.

Trademark

"Tuna" and its associated logo are used as the branding for this bot. Use of the name or logo to imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, the bot's operator without permission is prohibited.
